Kiran Ajwani is the Chief Business Coach and Founder of Innoesis Business Management Private Limited. The company offers business management coaching & business management services under the brand name The Growth Factory. He has over 25 years of work experience which includes five years of sales experience in the telecom industry with Philips & Iridium, six years of business management experience in healthcare sector with Johnson & Johnson and fifteen years as a business & leadership coach.

At Johnson & Johnson, Kiran became one of the youngest executives to be given independent charge of a business division (Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics). He successfully led the turnaround of the division in India during the period 2001- 2004 and as a result was appointed Business Leader – India & Korea in 2004. He was a member of the Asia-Pacific Leadership team which was responsible for developing J&J’s strategy for the diagnostics business in the region.

In the last 15 years, Kiran has engaged with over a hundred business leaders, ranging from business owners to senior management executives and helped them with the business insights & mind-set shifts required to take their business to greater heights.

Recent successes include :

• A recently concluded assignment with Google India for coaching CEOs of a dozen important, hand-picked, Digital Marketing Agencies spread across Mumbai, Pune & Delhi
• Multiple interventions with Godrej Security Solutions (GSS) from 2010 till 2016, contributed towards a successful pan-India retail entry and growth of Godrej Home Safes.

Kiran has received formal training in Executive Coaching at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad in August 2006. The faculty for this training was none other than Dr.Marshall Goldsmith, one of the world’s most successful executive coaches.

Kiran’s academic qualifications include a B.E.(Electronics) from Mumbai University and an MBA (Marketing) from NMIMS Deemed University
