Shuvam is the Founder-Chairman of Merce Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a software development company serving large BFSI/Corporate clients in India & overseas.

Shuvam consults with mid-market companies for their technology strategy and direction, and mentors start-ups in their technology roadmap implementation. Both these profiles of companies face challenges with their technology roadmaps, and some are severely impacted in their ability to compete in a changing marketplace if there are weaknesses in their technology implementation capabilities. Shuvam bring 30 years of technology maturity into this area; helps these companies craft their technology roadmaps and then guides them in implementing them.

Shuvam has an MTech in Comp. Science & Engineering from IIT Bombay. He was a member of ISACA for several years and qualified for CISA certification in 2006. He is a Member of IEEE and is a Charter Member of TiE (Mumbai Chapter).
